rights. I can only guarantee to refund your purchase

How do you resale it ?
Each ebook has their
own instructions on how to resell it, including how to
modify the sales pages, etc.
What is Master
Resale Rights?
The original author
retains all copyrights, you cannot alter the ebook or
software. You have the right to sell the product, and
to offer (pass on) the master resell rights to your
customers. You are allowed to change the sales page
and payment buttons. You keep all of the money you
make.
PROBLEMS WITH
PAYPAL
Paypal said that they have been having problems with ebay check out.
There is some problem with paypal through ebay.
I wanted to let you know that PayPal isn't allowing me
to send a payment because something hasn't cleared yet.
I am trying to pay
you through paypal and the transaction keeps being
cancelled.
This paypal thing is the most frustrating thing. The
money I emailed to you doesn't even show as sent now.
I would like to
purchase this item but my PayPal account is in a dispute.
I really
appreciate when a customer lets me know about a problem with
Paypal. It seems to mostly affect my international
customers. The problems usually clear up in about a
week, just let me know what the problem is. Also, I
have automated my payment reminder email, please just ignore
them if you have already contacted me about the problem.
Sorry, I can only
accept credit cards through Paypal. If after a week, I
can accept money orders, but I always hope Paypal gets
resolved, because it is so much faster than regular mail.

DOWNLOADING
I know it can be
confusing because I offer 2 different types of downloading
(or rather eBay limits me from offering all at the ebay
digital delivery).
For regular
auctions...
After I receive
Payment, I will email you your link, usually within 12-24
hours
For BIN (Buy it
now) items...
On the Paypal
checkout page in your browser (internet explorer) their will
be a link and instructions from me (passwords, etc.).
Please email me if you missed your download link, otherwise
I assume you got your purchase. If you miss your
download link, please allow 12-24 hours for me to email you
back with your link.
Can you attach the file to an email and send it?
Yes I can.
Some files are over 1 MB, and some email systems will not
allow a file size over 1MB, so you may not get the file on
your end.
I just bought this
product. I cannot access some of the e-books
and
A few of the links
on the download page are not working, what should I do?
I do try and keep my
links current, so please let me know if a link is not
working. Sometimes the file is there, but a server may
be slow (on their end, not yours). Please be patient
and/or try to download later. And please email me if a
link is not working, I try to fix those problems fast.
Maybe I should just send money for the
cd?
I do offer on my big
package of over 160MB in zipped format, to be shipped, I
just charge the actual USPS charge, + $1.00 for the
packaging.
(potential customer) Just tell me the download size in MB
for the whole package.
I try to have the
file sizes listed in the actual auction, but I usually do
not go and add up the MB of the individual ebooks.
Would that make a sale?

have a policy that states who should leave feedback
first. I have my feedback set up using ebay's system
to automatically leave you, my customer, positive feedback
as soon as you leave me positive feedback.
Second, feedback is
strictly voluntary, if you do not approve of my feedback
policy, then do not leave me feedback.
Stop leaving me
positive feedback before you get your product. I
really do value your feedback, but I really want my
customers to first get their product before they leave me
feedback.
